Conference Call and Webcast Notification

Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS” or the “Company”) (TSX: HPS.A) has announced that it will release its financial results for the Second Quarter ended June 28, 2025, on Thursday, July 24, 2025, after markets close. Following the release of its financial results, HPS will hold a conference call and webcast on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
