Industry leader brings 20 years of operational technology experience to drive regional growth, expand channel partnerships, and simplify automation deployment for manufacturers.

OnRobot, a global leader in hardware and software solutions for collaborative and industrial robotic applications, has announced the appointment of Brad Viernow as General Manager of OnRobot’s Americas division. In his new role, Viernow will oversee regional commercial strategy, strengthen channel and integrator networks, and lead business expansion across key industry verticals in North America and Latin America.

Viernow brings 20 years of global experience across industrial automation, autonomous systems, operational technology, and heavy equipment technology. Throughout his career -which includes leadership roles at Caterpillar, Hexagon, and Rajant – Viernow has focused on helping industrial enterprises run safer, more efficient, and highly productive operations. At OnRobot, he will apply that expertise to help manufacturers put collaborative and industrial automation to work in real-world production environments.

OnRobot continues to break down traditional automation barriers through its ‘One System, Zero Complexity’ hardware and software ecosystem, including D:PLOY, its automated platform for building, running, monitoring, and redeploying robotic applications. Under Viernow’s leadership, OnRobot’s primary focus in the Americas will be making automation easier to deploy for integrators and end-users.

“What drew me to OnRobot is the opportunity to help manufacturers adopt automation faster and more effectively,” said Viernow. “Across the Americas, our focus will be on accelerating growth by strengthening relationships with our distributors, integrators, and strategic partners while making automation more accessible to businesses of all sizes. With a strong regional sales organization, experienced application engineers, and OnRobot’s innovative technology, we have an excellent foundation to expand our market presence and help our partners deliver real value to their customers.”

Dedicated regional support teams

To support continued growth across the Americas, the company is focused on strengthening its relationships with distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners by providing the resources and expertise they need to succeed. Through dedicated regional sales support and experienced application engineers, OnRobot helps partners identify new business opportunities, develop automation solutions, and accelerate customer deployments. This collaborative approach is designed to help partners expand their businesses while making automation more accessible and easier to implement across a wide range of industries.

Viernow holds an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. He resides in Dallas, Texas, with his wife and their silver lab. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, traveler, and college football fan, actively supporting both the SMU Mustangs and the Arizona State Sun Devils.
