Nanomotion: Beam Steering Module

Nanomotion, a subsidiary of Johnson Electric, has recently introduced its Beam Steering Stage. This module can be used as a single axis tilt stage or in a pair for dual axis beam steering and stabilization. The module can provide ± 5° travel, with a position feedback resolution below 0.1µrad. The overall position accuracy is rated for 14µrad. The beam steering stage operates from -40°C to +70°C and complies with military specifications.
