K-Series Heavy Duty Ferrule Crimping Tools at ITC Electrical Components

Introducing the K Series Heavy-Duty Ferrule Crimping Tools

Reliable crimping is essential for ensuring safe, consistent, and long-lasting electrical connections. ITC is pleased to introduce the K Series Heavy-Duty Ferrule Crimping Tools, engineered for demanding industrial wiring tasks where strong, uniform crimps are critical. Designed for both wire ferrules and twin ferrules, the K-Series combines high-precision performance with operator-friendly handling, making it a dependable choice for panel builders, electricians, and assembly technicians.

Precision Through Square Crimping

The K Series features a square crimp geometry, providing high compaction and excellent mechanical stability. This crimping form ensures optimal compatibility with both push-in and screw-type terminal blocks, improving conductor retention and electrical reliability. With a widened crimp area, the tools require fewer crimping operations, increasing efficiency during assembly work.

Engineered for Ease of Use

Both models include an integrated pre-clamp lever, which holds ferrules in place before crimping. This reduces effort, improves alignment, and enables consistent one-handed operation. Ergonomic two-component handles and lightweight elliptical steel tubes further support comfortable, strain-free use during extended work sessions.

Models and Crimping Range
  • 500.033K: 25–50 mm², 2 × 16 mm² (twin ferrules)
  • 500.034K: 50–95 mm²
