Participation in activities with CSA Group’s Standards organization — such as contributing to a technical committee or successfully completing an educational program or course — may qualify you to earn credits to maintain your professional qualifications. Many professional organizations recognize these activities as professional development and count them towards professional credits depending on the circumstances. There are a range of activities that can qualify, including:

  • Participation in technical discussions (e.g., committee meetings)
  • Reading CSA standards, research, policy reports and other relevant publications
  • Conference attendance
