PrecisionX Group Acquires Hudson Technologies, Expanding Deep Draw Capabilities for Critical Industries

PrecisionX Group (“PrecisionX”), a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners (“CORE”), has announced the acquisition of Florida-based Hudson Technologies (Hudson), a manufacturer of mission-critical deep drawn metal components. The acquisition strengthens PrecisionX’s position as a U.S.-based provider of high-reliability metal components in the aerospace & defense, medical device, satellite & space, and high-end telecommunications industries.

Hudson joins GEM Manufacturing, Coining MFG, National Manufacturing, Ditron, and MSK Precision Products, adding advanced engineering expertise, an expanded production footprint, and increased capacity.  This strategic growth reinforces PrecisionX’s commitment to delivering components where precision, quality, and reliability are paramount.

PrecisionX continues to invest in expanding its technical expertise, in-house tooling and die capabilities, and operational scope, marking this acquisition as another key milestone in its strategic growth journey. Integrating Hudson’s deep drawn expertise into the PrecisionX platform further enhances the Group’s PrecisionX’s ability to deliver innovative solutions for complex, high-performance components across critical industries.
