Hai Robotics Wins Technology Excellence Award at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 for HaiPick Climb System

Hai Robotics is proud to announce that its latest innovation, HaiPick Climb, has won the Technology Excellence Award in the General Packaging and Processing category at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025.

Presented by PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, the annual awards recognize breakthrough technologies that deliver measurable impact for packaging and processing operations. PMMI called HaiPick Climb a “game-changing technology” that solves real-world challenges and advances efficiency across industries.

HaiPick Climb is a new-generation goods-to-person system that makes the benefits of advanced Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) accessible to more warehouses — without the cost or complexity of traditional systems. The solution uses compact climbing robots that mount to just one side of standard warehouse racking to pick and put away inventory, with minimal facility prep required for implementation.

The result is a simplified yet powerful order picking engine with faster deployment, lower cost, and significant performance gains. With HaiPick Climb, warehouses can:

  • Deliver totes up to 34% faster than traditional ASRS
  • Condense storage footprint by up to 75%
  • Scale flexibly as business needs evolve

“Winning the Technology Excellence Award is a testament to how Hai Robotics is redefining what’s possible in warehouse automation — and ultimately driving success for our customers,” said Adrian Stoch, CEO of Americas at Hai Robotics. “With HaiPick Climb, we’re making high-efficiency inventory storage and fulfillment automation accessible to more companies than ever before.”

This latest honour follows multiple global recognitions for HaiPick Climb, including the Excellence in Automation Award at the 2025 Archies (UKMHA), and dual awards at Modernlog 2025 in Poland: the MTP Group Gold Medal and the Consumer’s Choice Award.

HaiPick Climb is part of the broader HaiPick Systems family — a portfolio of flexible, modular ASRS solutions designed to adapt as business needs evolve. The systems support phased implementation, allowing companies to start small and scale at their own pace while keeping upfront investment low.

With ergonomic workstations, intuitive user interface, and ultra-dense storage reaching up to 39+ feet (12 meters) high, HaiPick Systems help warehouses increase storage capacity by up to 450%, boost throughput up to 3x, and improve order fulfillment efficiency up to 4x.
