OGP Exhibiting Exciting Lineup Of Metrology Systems At IMTS 2024

All-new SmartScope M-Series Highlights Measurement Solutions for Leading Manufacturers

Optical Gaging Products (OGP®), a world-leading manufacturer of optical and precision metrology systems for industrial quality control, is excited to once again showcase its innovative line of metrology systems and solutions at IMTS 2024, this September in Chicago, Illinois.

Among the highlights in Booth 134700 is the all-new SmartScope® M-Series family of 3D Multisensor Metrology Systems. Featuring the patented* IntelliCentric™-M Optical System, SmartScope M-Series systems provide enhancements in optics, image quality, and throughput.

Tim Fantauzzo, VP North American Sales, remarked, “The new SmartScope M-Series family offers unrivaled confidence in repeatability and reliability. The systems are truly telecentric with extremely low distortion, so M-Series users can achieve more accurate measurements particularly at low magnification with far more part features in the field of view.”

SmartScope Quest®, SmartScope E-Series, OGP Fusion® Large Field of View systems, and OGP FlexPoint™ Multisensor CMM systems round out the lineup of 3D multisensor systems, offering solutions to manufacturers in any industry with challenging metrology applications.

OGP ShapeGrabber 3D Laser Scanning Systems have received improvements in performance and ease of use with the introduction of SG SmartCapture software. SG SmartCapture delivers automatic 3D scanning and STL file creation, full ASME Y14.5 and ISO 1101 GD&T evaluation, and fast scan data export in STEP file format for reverse engineering applications.

OGP c-vision™ Video Contour Projectors® will be on display for manufacturers that benefit from the advantages of a video measurement system in the footprint of an optical comparator, as well as OGP TurnCheck™ systems, precision optical systems designed for shaft measurement.

Steve Flynn, President of Optical Gaging Products, said, “OGP is proud of our relationship with IMTS and AMT and we are looking forward to a successful 2024 show. We encourage show attendees to bring their parts to our booth and discover a metrology solution perfectly suited to their unique applications.”

Optical Gaging Products will also have a booth at the Smartforce Student Summit (Booth 121106) and KOTEM, a division of Quality Vision International, will be showcasing its EVOLVE Suite of software packages (Booth 134271).
