New Product Announcement from AutomationDirect – New ReeR MOSAIC Safety Controller Components

November 17, 2021

AutomationDirect has added new ReeR MOSAIC safety controller components for expanded capability. The Reer MOSAIC (MOdular SAfety Integrated Controller) makes it easy to manage safety systems and sensors. It is modular, expandable, and configurable for managing all safety functions of a single machine or an entire plant. The new MOSAIC-MV series speed monitoring expansion modules are an excellent addition that allow speed monitoring of rotating machinery via proximity sensors or TTL, HTL, and SIN/COS encoder inputs.

Also added is the M1S enhanced controller master module that includes more built-in safety I/O and supports newer safety modules. These newer modules include two new combination safety I/O modules that support 8 or 12 inputs as well as four individual OSSD safety outputs, a new safety output module with 4 single or 2 pair OSSD outputs and 4 configurable I/O, and a safety analog input module to allow monitoring of analog variables.

These new ReeR MOSAIC safety controller components start at $299.00, are available for fast shipping, and have a 2-year warranty.
