Phoenix Contact: New Designs for M17-M40 Pro Series Circular Connectors

June 1, 2021

Phoenix Contact is extending its M17 to M40 PRO series of circular connectors with new designs: The device and coupler connectors with male and female contacts in the size M23 now provide you with greater flexibility in device connections and in system cabling.

They are compatible with both the standard and the ONECLICK fast-locking system. For signal transmission, versions with 6- to 19-positions are available for currents up to 20 A and voltages up to 300 V. The range of products for power transmission includes versions with 6- and 8-positions with an additional protective ground for currents up to 30 A and voltages up to 630 V.

Moreover, the PRO series now includes M17-size connectors with both male and female contacts. The cable connectors are available with a standard or a fast locking system. The device connectors are all compatible with both versions. For signal transmission, versions with 8- to 17-positions are available for currents up to 8 A and voltages up to 60 V. The range of products for power transmission includes versions with 4- to 9-positions with an additional protective ground for currents up to 25 A and voltages up to 630 V.

The M17 to M40 PRO series offers uniform solutions for signal and power transmission. The ONECLICK fast-locking system allows you to connect your devices quickly and safely. You will know for sure when they are locked in position, since you can see, hear, and feel it. The standard system and the fast locking system are cross-manufacturer-compatible, ensuring the highest level of availability of suitable cable and device connectors throughout the world.
