The Top Workplace Award program recognizes companies that prioritize their people and strive to optimize the workplace experience.

FANUC America, the leading supplier of CNCsrobotics and ROBOMACHINEs has been named a Top Workplace by the Detroit Free Press for the 12th consecutive year, and by the Chicago Tribune for the sixth consecutive year. FANUC has also received its third Top Workplace USA award. The regional and national awards are based on a yearly employee survey about the workplace experience.

“We’re happy to receive these prestigious awards again this year,” said Mike Cicco, President and CEO, FANUC America. “We continue to strive to be a people-first culture where every employee feels included, challenged and valued.”

FANUC offers over 200 robot model variations, including 11 cobots, ready to help large and small companies alike achieve their production goals for assembly, dispensing, inspection, machine load/unload, material removal, packaging, palletizing, painting, welding, and more.

In 2024, FANUC will complete the construction of its new West Campus facility in Auburn Hills, Mich., allowing the company to meet increasing customer demands for automation solutions.

“It’s an exciting time because so many businesses are looking for ways to increase productivity, improve their scalability, and overcome the labor shortage, and FANUC is well-positioned to help solve those issues,” added Cicco.
