Rollon + Nadella: Stronger. Together.

Rollon is pleased to share that the Timken Company has completed its previously announced acquisition of Nadella Group.

Nadella Group is a leading manufacturer of linear guides, telescopic rails, actuators, ball screws, rotational products and other specialized industrial motion solutions that will complement and scale Rollon’s linear motion product portfolio.

Based in Italy, Nadella has 450 employees and operates manufacturing facilities in Europe and China. The company posted revenue of approximately €100 million in 2022.

Adding Nadella to the Rollon and Timken family enables them to expand their product offering in attractive and growing end-market sectors.

Nadella has long-standing customer relationships, deep technical expertise and unique operational capabilities, which underscore why the business presented an ideal fit with Rollon and their parent company, Timken.

Both companies engineer products for highly complementary end-market sectors like robotics, automation, logistics, medical, food and beverage and packaging and all customers will benefit from an expanded product and service offering and the added strength of the combined company.
