They value each and every employee, and strive to instill strong relationships within the workplace that create an amazing team. Being Great Place to Work certified allows them to celebrate their accomplishments as a team and also reflect on how they can work to create an even better workplace for their employees. Proax strives to foster an environment in which employees can not only excel at their current jobs but also guide them in achieving their goals and highest potential. They are thrilled with this announcement and the subsequent achievement that Proax truly is a Great Place to Work.

Nancy Fonseca, Senior Vice President of Great Place to Work Canada, says that a great workplace is about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy their colleagues. “Our data shows that great workplaces benefit from stronger financial performance, reduced turnover, and better customer satisfaction than their peers. What’s more, work environments with trust at the foundation are ripe for innovation, agility, resilience and efficiency,” Fonseca said.
